Cancellation Policy:

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 5 days before check-in. If they cancel between 5 and 2 days before check-in, 10 % of the booking amount (unspent nights) will be deducted. If they cancel less than 48 hours before check-in, they’ll be deducted 20% of the booking amount (unspent nights). After check in, 20 % cancellation rule would be applied.

For example, if the guest had booked for 10 nights, and cancels for 2 nights, 48 hours before check in, 10% of 2 nights would be deducted.
